Full Garden Design
If you have just moved into a new house and want a garden that matches you then a full garden design is a sure way to make a real statement. A full garden design is also suitable for anyone who just feels like their garden is just not what they want anymore.
A beautiful, well designed, garden will also increase the value of your home – sometimes quite significantly at around 20% which for a £300,000 is an impressive £60,000 increase in value!
I am only able to provide my full garden design in and around East Yorkshire.
- Drawn plan of the garden design to show you exactly what to expect
- Planting lists and clear details of where to plant in your new garden
- Cost estimates for the various aspects of the design
- I can source the plants and help speak to landscapers* to action the build
- I can provide a fixed-fee cost for the full design and some time on site if contractors are required
- I can plant and do the gardening work on the design charged extra at an hourly rate
* For clarification – I provide only the design, planting list and general information you will require. To get the garden built you will need landscapers, electricians etc for some work. For an hourly rate I can be on-site to help and and also if you prefer I can do the soft landscaping aspects and some of the more straightforward hard landscaping. I can also offer project management services to some designs where I can take care of organising the whole build.
